Does anyone have a favorite low carb bread machine recipe -- that you have tried and liked well enough to make more than once?

Hi, my father emailed me this page and told me I may be interested. I've had stomach problems for quite some time now but after 5 operations they're still not sure what it is. My doctor has told me to try a low fat low carb diet and to reduce my stress. I can attest that this method works. It's a modified version of The Zone. Living with 4 other people I can't always stick to this lifestyle but when I don't my problems come back. Can you forward any recipes you are sent on to me as maybe they'll be just the thing I need to help bring my family over to the Low Carb lifestyle.
Thanks and good luck! Jenn |
