I have lost 62 lbs by cutting carbs. I am at a plateau and have been for some time. I have 20 more to lose but can't seem to get it off. Any ideas? HELP |

IT HAPPENS TO ALL OF US. TRY THIS. CHANGE THE LOW LOW CARB DIET FOR 2 TO 3 WEEKS. DECREASE FATS AND RED MEATS AND INCREASE THE GOOD CARBS ONLY. THEN, GO BACK TO PHASE 1 (INDUCTION) AND INCREASE EXERCISE TO 4 TO 5 TIMES A WEEK I MEAN INTENSE AEROBICS (MINE IS DANCING AND HEAVY DUTY GARDENING WORK. YOU WILL BREAK THAT PLATEAU QUICKLY. NOTE: YOU MAY NOTICE AN INCREASE IN WEIGHT DURING YOUR CHANGE IN DIET, BUT DO NOT WORRY THEY WILL COME OUT FASTER THAN WHEN THEY CAME IN. GOOD LUCK, ELIZABETH
