If one cannot get Dr Atkin's products instantly or has run our of a product are there things you can substitute?
ie: Atkins' Bake Mix.

Wheat gluten with corn starch works great.

Interesting, according to Atkins, they
no longer make salad dressings, bake mixes and lots of the other things they use to carry. They are "focusing" on bars and shakes.
